These minimums apply to the Grand Ballroom:
Saturday evening: $7000 food and $1500 bar
Friday and Sunday evening: $4000 food and $1000 bar
Saturday day: $3000 food and $750 bar (until 3:00 pm)

Saturday evening: $2000 food and $500 bar
Friday and Sunday evening: $1500 food and $350 bar
Saturday day: $1500 food and $350 bar (until 3:00 pm)

$7.00 Parking per vehicle for guests of the hotel. Free parking is available at The Lincoln School Of The Arts located in on the northwest corner of Knapp and Cass directly kiddy corner to the hotel.
$400 Ceremony fee. Includes set up fee for wedding ceremony in Grand Ballroom, and Renaissance Room for 1-1/2 hour reception.
The following items are included with minimums:
Set-up fees (excluding wedding ceremony), head table, cake table, skirting, china, flatware, glassware, crystal wine glasses for wine/champagne toast, lamps for guest tables, linen tablecloths and napkins, bud vases upon request, and clean up fees. In the event that the set up of any room is changed on the day of the even, a labor charge will be applied at the prevailing rate.
It is our policy not to permit food and beverages to be brought into The Astor Hotel with the exception of wedding or specialty cakes or sweets. Appropriate charges will apply. Due to health regulations, food may not be taken off the premises after it has been served.
Music must be contracted to end at 12:00 am. The Ballroom closes at 12:30 am.The lounge bar remains open until 2:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
A 19% service charge and applicable tax will automatically be added to your purchases.
90 days before your function, menu selection will be confirmed along with any special arrangements that may be needed. A $2000 non-refundable confirmation payment is due at that time.
Ten days before the function, a guaranteed count (the minimum you will be charged) and any necessary menu changes are due. Final payment on all selections is due at this time unless other arrangements were agreed to at the time of the function space was contracted. Any further charges incurred after that date are due at the end of the function. Health and liability regulations restrict us from allowing extra dinners to be taken home.
Function space is booked on a first come first served basis. All deposits are non-refundable.
A $2000 non-refundable down payment is needed at time of booking.

Yes, during the off-season we will waive any room spending minimums.
